What a fun musical @9to5au was. Lots of energy and loving that jazz choreography that I grew up with. Awesome female driven cast with powerhouse voices! 💪🏽 and yes Dolly Parton sneaks in there and has a sing too!

Was the perfect show to watch. Entertaining, funny and just enough sass. And so 80s for that bit of nostalgia ⚡️⚡️

That time I went to #littlehavanamiami 🔥that was my last overseas holiday.

So many cool things happened on that trip that was experienced with joy, spontaneity and curiousness.

A cultural explosion in a strip that represented diversity, art, music, food and energy. No wonder Pitbull loved referencing this place in his songs 😆

I hope the world turns back in: towards what humanity truly is about.

A reminder that when you see children in their most loving and joyful state is how we anticipate to see the world and the people within it. Unfortunately it changes as we “grow up”. 🤦🏽‍♀️

But yeah, I still play N64 and I stand by it! 🕹

Full moon probably had something to do with it.

But like the picture states, there is a path through the rain.

You just have to go through it.

But bring some boots and a brolly so you don’t get too wet.

Actually, sometimes you need to get soaked.

But then (if you swipe) - there is a glow, a warmth to appreciate through the darkness.

Nature can be a wonderful reminder of this.

When you’re surrounded by friends that lift you only because they are there. How they can change your mood, boost your immune system, change your thoughts positively and keep your soul joyful.

Flashback to what was the most wonderful weekend. And the amount of gratitude felt from each of you who were there was immense.

Being in lockdown and restricted from a very human element of connection is really felt by someone like me who is very intuitive.

I hope you’re all doing ok, and remember to check in with your friends even if they’re not physically there at the moment.

A year ago I was playing N64 obsessively looking for all the coloured bananas in Donkey Kong wondering if covid was going to stay round forever.

A year later covid is still round BUT I’ve let go of my console, and moved forward to be part of this awesome list of too many hive minds to mention and join the faculty of @improvtheatresydney 🤩

I’ve actually been working my butt off behind the scenes improving this skill set of improvisation for a few years. Maybe not in the month of June 2020 though.

I’m excited to be taken under their wing and to keep developing my craft whilst also helping anyone wanting to explore their fun side.

The more I do it, the more I see the massive benefits not just as a creative but just being a human being.

Learning to take a step forward with confidence, sharing ideas, listening, responding, and revealing the fun child within.

Gee the world would be a better place.

Maybe we should pitch it to our government. A little listening to Australia wouldn’t hurt hey? (How’s that art funding going?)
