Being a triple threat, or what I like to say ‘someone who loves to work in different areas’, means that I’m also a vocalist.
I have worked as a lead vocalist with a number of cover bands. I’ve also worked as a backup singer/dancer for established cabaret artists such as in Catherine Alcorn’s The Divine Miss Bette Show (Australia and USA) and SMA’s corporate group The Diamonds. This has given me the opportunity to work interstate in Australia and as a guest entertainer on major cruise ships.

One of Kat’s vocal highlights was to sing at the prestigious and highly anticipated Carols by Candlelight in Australia. She performed with fellow Here Come The Habibs star, Georgia Flood. Together, the pair sang “The Most Wonderful Time of the Year”, musically directed by John Foreman.
Other vocal guests that evening were Delta Goodrem, Marina Prior, Tim Campbell and many more!
It is televised to over 2 million people across Australia and is staple viewing for Australian families on a yearly basis.
Vision Australia’s Carols by Candlelight is the largest of its kind in Australia and has been held annually at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl in the King’s Domain Gardens in Melbourne on Christmas Eve since 1938.
